There is a vast wilderness, untouched by man. This is a place where wolves run wild and free, uninhibited by roads, cities, man... The rivers run their course, the forests grow mighty, the buffalo and elk still gather in great herds to migrate. Yet despite the tranquil majesty of these wild spaces, there is a battle for survival being waged, and only the best come out on top. Only the pack, forged by the wolf, might make it. Old rivalries, new fears, old families, and new mates and pups; there is love, strife, and life. And as some things must die for others to live, the crows gather...
You'll find the land lacking of human residence, for the sole idea that it may really be too dangerous. Don't let that fool you though.
Only the wolves know.
Indeed the lands of Fantasira, have never been touched by man, by that isn't nessicarily something to cheer about. In these lands there is no light, nor is there darkness. These wolves have lived since wolves have ever existed, living in the Northern lands of the Yukon. It's indeed a dangerous place to tread with threats of bears and scarce prey.
Wolves generally live in their own family packs, but these wolves have evolved. They seek more lands, more pack members and with an increasingly amount of greed. These ancient packs grow bitter keeping secret alliances from other packs preparing for a battle. But where wolves live in a world where some things must die to prepare for the new, what happens to the new when the old do not die, when these packs do not break apart, when their alphas keep hold of their claim?
New packs are finally starting to form in hopes of creating some sort of balance in hopes of ending the older packs from taking over. If new packs aren't started and old packs increase in size what will happen?
Only the wolves know.
Have you ever thought about what may happen if one of these enormous packs living within the mountains contracted a terminal illness and passed it along? That entire population would be whipped out.
Not only will famine, disease, greed, and hatred between these packs take over, but what if, humans finally stepped into the picture?
Only the wolves know.
